To celebrate their 125th anniversary, the American Kennel Club (AKC) is collaborating with AOL's PawNation.com in conducting a poll to determine the Top 125 Dog in Popular Culture.

Votes are being taken on the PawNation.com website for categories such as: Favorite famous dog; favorite dog in literature; favorite college mascot and; favorite advertising mascot. Will Bo make the cut?

Code name for the new first dog

It's no secret the Secret Service uses code names when referring to members of the first family. Though at one time a security measure, the practice is now, essentially, tradition. In fact, the code names for the Obama family are already public knowledge. The President is known as Renegade and the first lady, Renaissance. Malia and Sasha? Radiance and Rosebud, respectively. Which leaves us to wonder, what in the world will they code name the first dog? Let us know your thought.
